18 May 2020 - Plague Journal Day 67

We all are still sheltering in place, but I'm here to keep you sane and entertained.
One could hardly ask for much more than that, now could one?

As we continue to navigate these strange times, now and then a day comes along that just seems to "rub it in" as it were. Today is one of those days. It's National Visit Your Relatives Day. That seems so 2019, doesn't it?

Well, since (in general) we can't visit our relatives, we need some kind of alternative. Why not jump on the Quarantine Cooking bandwagon and make a cheese soufflé and deliver it to your relatives' porch instead? Why that suggestion? Well only because today is also National Cheese Soufflé Day!

Remember, soufflés aren't nearly as finicky as a 20th century sitcom would have you believe, so go for it! Post a photo on your favorite social medium and tag it with #PlagueSouffle - we'll be watching!

Keep Calm and Stay Away.
I'll be back tomorrow.
