We all are still sheltering in place, but I'm here to keep you sane and entertained.
One could hardly ask for much more than that, now could one?
Do you remember when McDonald's french fries were even tastier than they are now?
Of course you do; but do you know why they were better back then?
It's because they were fried in beef tallow rather than the currently fashionable pseudo-grease masquerading as vegetable oil.
How fitting, then, that today is both National French Fry Day and National Beef Tallow Day.
If you don't want to fry potatoes in beef fat, you could always make some candles. I'll bet they add a certain umami note to the room when you burn them.
Sounds delicious, eh? Consider that a pseudo-carnage du jour if you like.
