Guess What I Heard! - 13 November 2021 - Plague Journal Day 611

Micah 6:8
2 Corinthians 12:20
Yes, your life matters.

Some of you are still sheltering in place, but fear not: I'm here to keep you sane and entertained.
One could hardly ask for much more than that, now could one?

Apparently there really is a move to change some street names in the Grosse Pointes.
First we heard that McKinley would be changed to Denali, but now there comes word that Washington and Jefferson are up for renaming as well. After all, both were slaveholders, so regardless of any other aspects to their lives and characters they need to be expunged from the historical record.

One wonders about Roosevelt - which one is it? Teddy or FDR? Would that make a difference?

Keep Calm and Don't Stay Away.
I'll be back tomorrow.
The mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression. NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, has a 24 hour helpline: 800-950-6264.
